So, you decided to get a chemical peel with us. Great decision! While our team will go over your aftercare instructions with you at your appointment, you can use this as a guide for what to expect prior to getting started, or reference as needed afterwards.
What Is A Chemical Peel
We use PCA Chemical Peels which are a professional treatment that is topically applied to your skin in our office and then removed. Available in strengths from mild to medical-grade, they target a range of concerns such as fine lines, wrinkles, dark spots, acne, and mild scarring. These treatments also enhance skin texture and boost collagen production, promoting a more radiant, youthful appearance. Our goal is to enhance lives by offering science-backed skincare solutions tailored to the needs of your individual skin.
Types of Peels
From pigment correcting to sensitive skin, there are varying levels of strength for chemical peels that might make one more suitable for your skin type. All peels contain exfoliating acids like Lactic Acid and Salicylic Acid that aim to increase collagen production, but some have additional ingredients like Trichloroacetic Acid.
